1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using U6 StockSense ("Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Nature of the Service

U6 StockSense provides:

• Educational stock analysis combining Vedic astrology, numerology, tarot symbolism, and AI-based pattern recognition.
• BSE bhavcopy data display for informational purposes.
• Personal finance education tools including position-size calculators and risk briefings.

We do not provide: personalised investment advice, portfolio management, buy/sell recommendations, or any service requiring SEBI registration under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013.

3. Not Investment Advice

All signals, scores, predictions, and analysis displayed on this Platform are for educational and entertainment purposes only. They are generated using algorithmic models that combine astrological traditions and statistical patterns and should not be relied upon for actual investment decisions.

Before investing in securities, consult a SEBI-registered investment advisor or a qualified financial planner.

4. User Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law.
• You must not use the Platform for any illegal purpose.

5. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at support@u6stocksense.live.
• You must not share accounts or create accounts for other persons without their consent.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Platform.
• Use automated bots, crawlers, or scripts to access the Platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data.
• Use the Platform to spread false information about securities (market manipulation).
• Reproduce or redistribute Platform content for commercial purposes without written permission.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, designs, and software on this Platform are owned by U6 StockSense or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Platform for personal, non-commercial use only.

8. Third-Party Data

Stock price data is sourced from BSE India (bhavcopy) and Yahoo Finance. This data may be delayed or inaccurate. We make no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, U6 StockSense shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from use of or reliance on Platform content.
• Inaccuracy or delays in market data.
• Interruptions, errors, or unavailability of the Platform.
• Decisions made based on astrological predictions, AI signals, or any other content on the Platform.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim (which, for free users, is ₹0).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless U6 StockSense and its operators from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may also delete your account at any time via Settings.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
